Information collected

The backend stores adult-submitted booking, book, organisation, partnership, feedback and contact forms. Each submission receives a reference number. The server stores a one-way hash of the submitting IP address for basic abuse prevention rather than the raw IP address.

Information not requested

The public site does not require child accounts or ask children for identifying or medical information.

Purpose

Information is used to respond to enquiries, manage bookings and orders, improve programs and protect the service from misuse.

Production decisions required

The legal entity, retention period, contact details, overseas providers, analytics, email services and payment arrangements must be confirmed before this becomes a final privacy policy.
