Photos and videos can be personal information. For children, World on Wheelz should obtain appropriate parent/guardian or other valid consent where required, clearly explain the intended uses, and provide a practical way to decline photography without excluding a child from the core experience.
Suggested consent choices
Final form should identify the organiser, event, participant, authorised adult, purpose, channels, territory/duration, withdrawal/contact process, and whether material may be edited. Do not rely on a blanket statement that World on Wheelz automatically owns every participant’s image or voice.
